When I started working out with Vanessa my goal was to improve my mood and to tone up. I was concerned that it would be too hard and I would lose interest. I agreed to come 2 to 3 times per week as long as she didn't make me too sore. Vanessa was so excellent at pacing my training to fit my needs based on that day. It was perfectly challenging but not so much so that I was too sore to be able to go to work! I saw such excellent results! I always felt like Vanessa built me up to the more challenging workouts. She taught me how to warm up properly and how to do each workout safely, so I was never hurt! By the time I got to the more challenging workouts, I didn't even realize I was doing something much more difficult than I originally thought I could do. I was in the best shape of my life when Vanessa was my trainer!!
